Information Collected

Before a child can use this site they are asked to have a parent or guardian supply their name and email address so that we can get the parent's or guardian's permission to allow the child to continue. From there, we only collect limited information such as name and age range to enhance the online experience. This information is never shared with anyone for any reason.

At the completion of a chat session with an elf the parent/guardian is sent via e-mail a link to view the entire session and everything asked of the child as well as their responses.

Our Privacy Promise for Children under 13 Years Old
In keeping with COPPA guidelines, we promise to abide by the following requirements when a visitor is under 13 years old.
